About
Two founders on opposite sides of the world, working together since 2023: an operations architect in Multan, and an attorney and philanthropist in New Hampshire. We have never met in person. We have shipped nine ventures together, and our CTO builds alongside us. Everyone who builds WorkBOS is named on /team.
WorkBOS exists because running a small business should not require eight separate systems that do not talk to each other. We built the thing we needed ourselves, then made it something anyone can run their company on, and resell under their own brand. The longer version, with dates, is in our story.

Founder of WorkBOS. Operations and strategy lead with 15+ years across operations, finance, business development and technology. COO of Rainer Agency Ltd, and the architect of the WorkBOS platform: the person who decided that a business should not need eight separate systems to function. Works in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Saraiki.

Co-Founder of WorkBOS. Attorney, philanthropist and educator. A Brandeis and Suffolk Law graduate who was named one of the 25 Most Influential Lawyers in Massachusetts, then redirected his career into nonprofits, healthcare technology and community systems. Professor Emeritus at the International University of Leadership, Morocco, and the holder of patents in search syndication and social interaction systems.
Tariq founded WorkBOS and decides what it becomes. Rob co-founded it and carries the legal, education and nonprofit side. Aqsa is our CTO and builds it.
Chief Technology Officer
Multan, Pakistan
Aqsa is our CTO. She runs the engineering side of WorkBOS, front end and web, across the marketing surfaces and the application. Full-stack web developer working across React and Next.js, Node.js and MongoDB, plus PHP/WordPress and motion work with GSAP and Three.js. Previously full-stack developer at iSuperCoder and WordPress developer at Envatox, with a focus on performance and conversion-oriented interfaces.
