For agencies & consultancies

Sell a full business platform
under your own name.

Funnels are covered. What your clients still need is the back office: projects, HR, payroll, real accounting, and an AI workforce. White-label WorkBOS and every client workspace ships with your setup and your agents, in minutes.

One plan, $2,499/month, unlimited client accounts. Quoted, not sold from a checkout.
1
Brand it
Your logo, colors and domain. Clients sign in to your product. WorkBOS branding is gone on the White-Label plan.
2
Snapshot it
Configure one workspace the way your clients need (statuses, templates, automations, even your custom AI agent team) and save it as a snapshot.
3
Provision in minutes
Each new client gets a workspace cloned from your snapshot: your setup, your agents, ready on day one. No implementation project.
4
Bill under your name
Per-client plans and billing from your reseller console. You set the price; the margin is yours.

What it pays, at your prices

One plan covers every client account you run. Change any number below to your own and the whole model follows, including where your break-even actually falls.

Every platform figure comes from the same source the product bills from. Excluded, because they are not ours to state: Stripe’s own card processing fees on your connected account, and your cost of serving the client. Metered usage is published and modelled here, and has not started billing yet.

Where the money actually goes

The three questions every partner asks before signing: who is the merchant, when do I get paid, and what do you take.

You are the merchant
Your clients are billed on YOUR Stripe account through Stripe Connect, not ours. Their card statement says your name, and payouts land in your bank on Stripe’s normal schedule for your account and country.
We take an application fee
The platform takes a 10% application fee on each charge you make to a client. It is deducted by Stripe at the moment of the charge, so there is no invoice from us to chase and nothing to reconcile at month end.
Card processing is between you and Stripe
Stripe’s own card fees are charged on your connected account at your Stripe rate, which varies by country and card type. They are not ours and they are not in the figures below.
You set the AI markup, and see both sides
Set your own retail rate per agent run and per 1,000 tokens in the reseller console. It shows the platform’s wholesale rate beside what you charge, and the margin between them, so a metered line is never a mystery. Leave it at zero to pass usage through at cost.

What we settle on the partner call

White-label is quoted rather than bought from a checkout, and this is what the quote covers. We would rather list it here than let you find it out afterwards.

  • Your application fee, if your agreement sets a different one from the standard rate.
  • Term, notice period and what happens to your client workspaces if either of us walks away.
  • Who supports your end clients, and how anything you cannot resolve reaches us.
  • Your custom domain, which our team attaches with you rather than a self-serve DNS form.
  • The security packet your own clients will ask you for, including our subprocessor list and current certification position, which we state plainly rather than implying.
Talk to partnerships

Not ready to run client workspaces yet? The affiliate programme pays recurring commission on anyone you refer, it is free, and you can join it today.

Everything your clients need, under your name.

Full back office
Projects, CRM, HR & payroll, real double-entry accounting, drive, chat, client portal. One login for your clients.
Approve-first AI agents
Your clients get an AI workforce that proposes and waits for approval, audited and reversible. A capability GHL-style stacks do not have.
Workspace snapshots
Train once, deploy to every client. Your configured environment and agent fleet clone into each new client workspace at provisioning.
Reseller console
Sub-tenant pricing, per-client provisioning, payments & signup, co-owners, snapshots: the operating desk for your SaaS business.
Tenant isolation by design
Every client workspace is fenced by database-level row security. Your clients never see each other. Ever.
Affiliate program built in
Run your own commission program for referral partners, customizable one-time or recurring policies, approve-first payouts.
Email under your brand by default
A client who sets nothing up sends invoices, receipts and notices from your confirmed address, not ours, and you administer every client company address from the same reseller console. A client can still confirm and choose their own address to override it.

Reseller FAQs

What do my clients see?

Your brand: your logo, your colors, your domain. On the White-Label plan WorkBOS branding is removed from the product your clients use.

How fast can I onboard a client?

Minutes. Provision a workspace from your snapshot and it arrives pre-configured, including your custom AI agent team, with autonomy safely off by default.

How do I make money?

You buy one White-label plan at $2,499/month for an unlimited number of client accounts, and you set what each client pays. Between their card and your bank sit exactly two platform costs: the 10% application fee on each charge, and metered usage. Both are in the calculator above, along with where your break-even falls at your own price. Stripe’s card processing is separate and charged on your own connected account.

Who bills my clients, and who holds the money?

You do. Client subscriptions are charged on your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect, so your name is on their statement and payouts reach your bank directly on Stripe’s normal schedule for your account. The platform never holds your clients’ money; it takes a 10% application fee at the moment of each charge.

What does a client cost me beyond the plan?

Metered usage: AI agent runs and tokens, calls, SMS, phone numbers, transcription and drive storage over the plan allowance. There are 13 published rates, the same ones every workspace is quoted, and metered usage has not started billing yet. You choose whether to pass them through at cost or set your own retail rate per agent run and per 1,000 tokens; the reseller console shows the wholesale figure beside yours so the margin is never guesswork.

Can my clients become resellers themselves?

No, and it is not a policy, it is enforced on the server: a sub-tenant can never be put on the white-label or reseller plan, and a reseller can only ever see and manage its own client workspaces.

Is it really multi-tenant secure?

Yes. Every table is protected by row-level security enforced in the database, so tenant isolation is structural rather than a UI setting. Per-page create/edit/delete rules sit on top of that; they are enforced in the database across the money and people modules today, and the roles editor marks any page where a setting is not yet enforced.

Can I try it before committing?

Yes. Start free on any self-serve plan and build your snapshot exactly as your clients will get it. White-label itself is a partner plan: it is quoted rather than bought from a checkout, and your custom domain is attached with our team, so talk to partnerships when you are ready to onboard your first client.
