Who qualifies

The programme is for registered nonprofits and charities running the organization’s own work. If you are not sure, apply anyway and a real person will take a look.

Eligible

  • A registered nonprofit or charity (a US 501(c)(3) or the equivalent in your country)
  • Applying for your own organization’s use
  • Serving a genuine public or community benefit

Not eligible

  • Government bodies and agencies
  • Political parties, campaigns and PACs
  • Individuals (the programme is for organizations, not people)
  • Schools, colleges and universities (ask us about education pricing)
  • Groups that only pass funds through to others

We verify every application by hand against your registration number and public records, and renew once a year with a quick check.

Is it really free?

Yes. Verified nonprofits get the full Pro plan at no cost, renewed every year when you re-confirm your status. No card is needed to start or to keep it.

What plan do we get?

The full Pro plan, the same one paying customers run on: projects, CRM, invoicing, accounting, HR and payroll, documents and automations. Not a stripped-down nonprofit edition.

Who qualifies?

Registered nonprofits and charities (a US 501(c)(3) or the equivalent in your country), applying for the organization’s own use. Government bodies, political groups, individuals and schools are not eligible.

How long does approval take?

A real person reviews every application, usually within a few days. If we need a little more to verify you, we ask, and you can update and re-submit any time.

Does it renew?

Yes, once a year. We remind you before it renews and ask you to re-confirm you are still a nonprofit. It keeps going for as long as you are.

What do you need from us?

Your registration or charity number and a link that proves your status, such as your entry on a government or charity registry. That is what we verify you against.

Can our nonprofit be featured?

If you opt in when you apply, we list your organization on our public nonprofit showcase so more people discover your work. You can turn that off any time.
