Founder of WorkBOS. A tech enthusiast since the days of the 486, before the first Pentium, he has spent his working life building the systems around the work: small apps, admin panels, procedures and approval flows that make a business run the same way every day. Since 2009 he has done that from the inside, in accounts and finance, ten years running the Multan branch of Jullundur Group, coordinating for its General Manager, and as Chief Operating Officer of Hashtag Dialing Codes and Rainer Agency. WorkBOS is that same habit at full scale: projects, clients, money, people and the ledger in one system, with every step written down. He works in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Saraiki.

He studied at Brandeis University and Suffolk University Law School, holds patents in intuitive search syndication and social interaction systems, and is Professor Emeritus at the International University of Leadership in Morocco. He founded PostICU, a 501(c)(3) that raises awareness of Post Intensive Care Syndrome, and has run Rainer.NGO, the home of his volunteer-run nonprofit projects, since 2006.

She is a full-stack developer and a QA automation engineer at once, which matters for a product that carries a general ledger and payroll: a bug there should be caught by an automated test, not by a customer. How we work

Two countries, 10 hours apart

We have worked this way since 2023, and it shapes the product as much as it shapes us.

Distributed since day one
The team is spread across two countries and a time difference of about 10 hours. That is not a perk we adopted; it is how the company started.
The founders have never met in person
Not once. Every decision, every disagreement and every release has happened through writing.
Asynchronous by default
Written first, meetings last. If a decision cannot survive being written down and read eight hours later, it is not a finished decision. That is also why WorkBOS records approvals and keeps an audit trail rather than relying on someone remembering a call.

The people on this page are the people who build the product. There is no layer between you and them.
