A space is Organization, Private or Public, so a client-facing space and an internal one can sit side by side without either seeing what it should not. Members post, reply in threads, and owners or moderators pin what matters and remove what does not, live and inside your own workspace.
Included from Pro upwards
Organization spaces are open to any member, Private spaces are invite-only, and Public spaces are visible to everyone and ready for the client portal. Owners and moderators can change the visibility later.
Members start a post with an optional title and reply underneath it in comments, so a question and its answer sit on the same record instead of scattered across separate messages.
Owners and moderators pin a post to the top of the space and remove anything off-topic, without touching the member’s access to the rest of the space.
Every space has owners, moderators and members. Owners and moderators manage membership and content, and the last owner is protected so a space can never be left without one.
Posts and comments appear the moment they are made, with no refresh needed to see new activity in a space.
Open Messages > Communities, click New space, name it and share the link. Anyone who can find an Organization or Public space joins with one click.
The part you would otherwise find out in week three. If one of these is central to how you work, raise it before you buy rather than after.
Organization is open to any member who wants to join. Private is invite-only. Public is visible to everyone in your workspace and, through the client portal, your clients, without being an open page on the internet.

The space’s owners and moderators. A member can post and reply; only an owner, a moderator, or a workspace admin can pin something to the top or remove it.
