One place for the files, not four

Nested folders, real-time documents and spreadsheets, and every upload virus-scanned before anyone can open it. Share exactly what a client should see and nothing else.

Included on every plan, free included

Why this exists

  • Files end up wherever they were uploaded, and finding one again means remembering which drive.
  • Sharing a folder with a client usually means sharing more than the client was ever meant to see.
  • An uploaded file is trusted the moment it lands, before anyone has checked what it actually is.

What it does

Organise into drives and folders

Create as many drives as you need, nest folders as deep as you like, and drag files or whole folders to move them. Dragging a file from your computer onto a folder uploads it directly.

Search everything you can see, at once

The search box looks across every drive you have access to, not just the open one, with an Advanced filter by type, owner or date.

Co-edit for real

Create a document, spreadsheet or slide deck and up to 50 people can edit it live at once, with coloured cursors, presence avatars and autosave.

Share exactly the level you mean

Restrict a drive and add people as Viewer, Commenter or Editor. A share link is a long random token, rate-limited, revocable, and can carry an expiry or a use cap.

Scan every upload

Every file is checked for malware before it can be opened or downloaded, enforced on the server. Anything flagged is simply Blocked.

Recover from a mistake

Deleting a file or a folder moves it to that drive’s Trash first. Owners and admins can turn on auto-empty (1 to 365 days) instead of relying on someone remembering to clear it.

What it does not do

The part you would otherwise find out in week three. If one of these is central to how you work, raise it before you buy rather than after.

  • A guest on a project’s client portal only ever sees the drives linked to that project, read-only. There is no way to grant a guest per-file Viewer, Commenter or Editor access.
  • Real-time co-editing on one document, sheet or deck caps out at 50 people at once.
  • Storage is one shared allowance across drive files, screen recordings, social assets, attachments and documents, not a separate pool for each.
  • Going over your plan’s storage allowance does not delete anything you already have, but it does refuse new uploads until you free space or upgrade.

Questions, answered

What happens if I go over my storage allowance?+

Nothing already stored is deleted. New uploads are refused until you free some space or move to a plan with a bigger allowance.

Can my clients see everything in a drive?+

No. A drive only reaches a client through the Client portal connection on its Shared tab, and it is read-only. Nothing else in your Drives is visible to them.

Is it safe to open a file someone outside my team uploaded?+

Yes. Every upload is malware-scanned on the server before it can be opened or downloaded, whether it came from a teammate, a form, or a public submission.

Can I get back something I deleted by mistake?+

Yes, from that drive’s Trash tab, unless an admin has set auto-empty to clear it after a fixed number of days. A deleted drive itself goes to a Trash section at the bottom of your drive list the same way.
