Send a proposal, a contract or an offer for signature without leaving the workspace. Every step, sent to signed, is hash-chained into one audit trail you can print.
Included on every plan, free included
Attach one or more documents through the Drive picker, which only shows what you can already access. Add signers, CC viewers, and the fields each signer completes: signature, initials, auto-date, text, checkbox.
Every signer explicitly agrees to sign electronically (ESIGN/UETA-style) before they can. They draw with a mouse or finger, or type their full legal name; the date stamps itself.
When the document is a PDF, drag signature, initials, date, text and checkbox fields onto the exact spot on the page. The signer then fills them in directly on the rendered document, not a separate list.
Tick "Sign in order" and each signer’s link stays locked until everyone above them has signed, enforced on the server. Leave it off and everyone can sign at once.
Every event, sent, viewed, consented, signed, declined, completed, is hash-chained: each entry cryptographically references the one before it, so any alteration is detectable.
A printable certificate of completion carries the parties, their consent and signing times, and the full audit trail. Download signed PDF assembles the original document, any placed field values, and the certificate into one file on demand.
The part you would otherwise find out in week three. If one of these is central to how you work, raise it before you buy rather than after.
It produces standard electronic-signature records: explicit consent, intent, the signer’s association with the document, and a hash-chained audit trail. It does not produce a qualified eIDAS/QES certificate, which is a different, notarised category.
Yes. Turn on "Sign in order" and each signer is unlocked one at a time, top to bottom, enforced by the server rather than just the screen.
Void the request at any time and every link on it stops working immediately. Drafts can still be edited freely before you send.
Your own Drive. The picker only shows drives and files you already have access to, so sending a document never grants access you didn’t already have.
