A content calendar that already knows what you still have to post yourself

Write a post once, target one or more channels, and track every draft, scheduled and published post in one list. LinkedIn goes out on its own once you connect it; every other channel is planned and tracked here, and you post it yourself when it is due.

Included from Pro upwards

Why this exists

  • A post planned for next Tuesday is easy to forget when the calendar for it lives in a different tab from the channel it is meant to go out on.
  • Comments, mentions and DMs land across several networks and nobody is watching all of them at once.
  • A platform that quietly assumes it can auto-publish everywhere leaves you finding out otherwise the day a post never actually goes out.

What it does

Write once, target several channels

Compose a post, tick the channels to send it to, and Save draft or Schedule it for a date and time. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest and Google Business are all supported as targets.

Know which channel actually posts itself

LinkedIn is the one platform that publishes unattended once you authorise it: connect it and a scheduled post goes out on its own. Every other channel here plans and tracks the post, and you publish it yourself when it is due.

Keep drafts, sends and failures in one list

Drafts, scheduled, published, failed and cancelled posts sit in one shared list with search, filters, grouping by status and CSV export. A post whose channel disconnects is marked failed within a day with a plain instruction, and rescheduling genuinely retries it.

Plan by dragging, not retyping

Drag a scheduled post to another day on the content calendar to reschedule it, or drag an unscheduled draft onto a day to queue it. Reusable images, video and GIFs live in one media library, added by upload, from your Drive, or by direct URL.

Watch competitors and read your own numbers

Competitor Watch tracks the accounts you name and an agent drafts trends, gaps and threats for your team to review. Social Analytics gives reach, impressions, engagement rate and a per-channel breakdown over 7, 30 or 90 days, exportable as a branded client report.

Turn a blog post into a draft by itself

Add an RSS or Atom feed as a content source, and any new article can become a ready-to-edit social post in one click, landing as a draft so your approval policy and scheduler still apply before anything goes out.

What it does not do

The part you would otherwise find out in week three. If one of these is central to how you work, raise it before you buy rather than after.

  • LinkedIn is the only channel that actually publishes itself. Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest and Google Business are planned and tracked here, and you post them yourself when they are due.
  • Media you add to the library shares one storage allowance with Drives, screen recordings and every other upload. It is not a separate pool.
  • Publishing runs through a rate-limited, cost-capped dispatcher with daily caps, so an unusually large send is paced rather than instant.
  • Social and content is on Pro and above; the Free plan does not include it.

Questions, answered

Does WorkBOS actually post to Instagram and TikTok for me?+

Not yet, and the page says so rather than implying it. LinkedIn is the only channel that publishes unattended once you connect it. Every other platform here plans and tracks your content, and you press post yourself when it is due.

What happens if a channel disconnects after I schedule a post?+

The post is marked failed within a day of its scheduled time, with a plain instruction to reconnect the channel and reschedule. Rescheduling genuinely retries the send rather than leaving it stuck.

Can I see what my competitors are posting?+

Yes. Add the competitors you care about to Competitor Watch and run the watcher agent, which drafts trends, gaps and threats for your team to review, rather than posting or changing anything on its own.

Can I turn my blog into social posts automatically?+

You can turn it into drafts automatically. Add your RSS or Atom feed as a content source, and new articles can become ready-to-edit drafts in the composer, so your approval policy and scheduler still apply before anything is posted.
