Social & Content
Social & Content is your content command centre: write a post once, target one or more social channels, save it as a draft or schedule it for later, and track everything in one list. Find it under Marketing > Social & Content. LinkedIn is the one platform that publishes on its own, authorise the channel once and scheduled posts go out unattended. Every other platform is planning and tracking today: scheduled posts queue as your content calendar and you post them yourself when they come due. The composer says which of the two applies to each post, per channel.
- Compose: write your post, pick the channels to target, and either Save draft or Schedule it for a date and time.
- Channels: register the accounts you post to (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business). LinkedIn channels can then be connected (secure provider sign-in) for unattended publishing; the other platforms are planned and tracked here, and you post them yourself.
- One list for everything: drafts, scheduled, published, failed and cancelled posts in the shared list view, with search, filters, grouping by status and CSV export.
- Nothing waits forever: a scheduled post whose channel is no longer connected does not sit silently. Within a day of its scheduled time it is marked failed with a plain instruction (reconnect the channel on the Social page, then reschedule the post) - and rescheduling really retries: the failed sends go back into the queue fresh. An expired-but-connected channel is not treated as dead; tokens refresh automatically at publish time.
- Agents as your content team (coming next). Agents draft posts for you to approve before anything is scheduled; approve-first, never auto-posted.
- 1
Add a channel
Marketing > Social & Content > Add channel. Pick the platform and the handle/page name. This registers it; connecting it for live posting comes later.
- 2
Compose a post
Click Compose, write your content, tick the channels to target, and optionally set a schedule date/time.
- 3
Draft or schedule
Save draft to keep it private, or Schedule to queue it. Scheduled posts show their send time in the list.
Security: posts and channels are workspace-scoped and protected by row-level security. Only your staff can read them, editing or deleting is limited to the creator or a workspace owner/admin, and the per-page create, edit and delete rules for this page are enforced by the database. Social & Content is plan-gated and rolls out cohort-by-cohort.
- 1
Send a client-ready report
On Marketing > Social Analytics click Export report for a clean, branded one-page summary (KPIs, engagement trend, per-channel, top posts). Print or Save as PDF to share with clients. It carries your (or your reseller’s) logo and colours automatically.
- 2
Handle every reply in one inbox
Open Marketing > Social Inbox for every comment, mention and DM across your channels in one stream. Reply, mark conversations open/pending/closed, and let an agent draft on-brand replies for you to approve.
- 3
Watch the competition
Open Marketing > Competitor Watch, add the competitors you care about, then run the Competitor Watcher agent: it drafts competitive insights (trends, gaps, threats, opportunities) with recommendations for your team to review and action.
- 4
Plan on the calendar
Open Marketing > Content Calendar for a month view of every scheduled and published post. Drag a post to another day to reschedule it, and drag an unscheduled draft onto a day to schedule it.
- 5
See what is working
Open Marketing > Social Analytics for reach, impressions, engagement rate, per-channel breakdown, an engagement trend and your top posts. Pick a time range (7 / 30 / 90 days).
Publishing controls & safety: outbound posting runs through a rate-limited, cost-capped dispatcher with a global kill-switch and daily caps (global + per-tenant), all on Platform ▸ Social Providers. Sends are claimed atomically (no double-post), retried up to 3 times with backoff, and a reaper releases anything stuck. A post is marked Published only once its channels resolve. This keeps posting safe and within provider rate limits at scale.
Live publishing (setup, LinkedIn): a platform admin registers LinkedIn’s OAuth app once under Platform ▸ Social Providers (client id/secret, redirect URI, scopes), secrets are write-only and never displayed. Once enabled, tenants authorise their own LinkedIn from their channels; each account’s access token is stored encrypted, isolated so no tenant user or admin console can read it, and used only by the publishing service. Other networks have no publish adapter yet, so their setup does not exist to describe, the picker says so per platform rather than implying nine adapters where there is one.
Media Library: under Marketing > Social Media > Media Library, keep reusable images, video and GIFs. Add media three ways: Upload straight from your device (files are malware-scanned before they can be used), pick From Drive (any image/video already in your Drives: already scanned, so it is ready instantly), or Add by URL (a direct https link from a CDN or host). Uploaded and Drive media are stored privately in your workspace and shown via short-lived secure links. When composing a post, pick any media to attach it. Assets are org-scoped and RBAC-gated like every other list.
Content sources (RSS): under Marketing > Social Media > Content Sources, add the RSS or Atom feed URL of your blog, a newsletter, or a news site. Hit Fetch now and new articles are pulled in server-side (with safety limits) as items. Click Draft on any item to turn it into a ready-to-edit social post, it lands as a draft in Social & Content, so your brand voice, approval policy and scheduler all still apply before anything goes out. A great way to keep a steady content pipeline without starting from a blank page.
Bulk scheduling: select several draft posts in the list and choose Schedule from the bulk bar to spread them across a cadence (every day, weekdays only, every 2 days, or weekly) from a chosen first slot, a fast way to lay out a week or month of content at once. Bulk scheduling respects your approval policy: if approval is required, posts must be approved before they will move to scheduled.
Agents as your content team: the Content Assistant agent drafts posts straight into this composer for you to review, schedule and publish. It is approve-first and draft-only: it never publishes on its own, and each draft it creates can be rolled back in one click. Grant the “Draft a social post” tool to an agent on the Agents page, or add the Content Assistant from the starter pack. It can also turn fresh Content Source (RSS) items into drafts automatically. Run “Find work in my data” on a marketing agent and it proposes a draft per new article for you to approve. Turn on Sensing for that agent and it does this continuously in the background: new articles from your feeds quietly become drafts waiting in your approval queue.
