The unhappy client you hear about before they leave, not after

NPS, CSAT, star ratings and open text on a hosted page you can share anywhere, with logic that skips a promoter past the questions meant for a detractor. Every response rolls into a live score the moment it arrives.

Included on every plan, free included

Why this exists

  • A customer who is about to leave rarely says so until the invoice they refuse to pay makes it obvious.
  • A survey that asks a promoter and a detractor the same follow-up question wastes both of their time.
  • Feedback collected in a spreadsheet somebody has to open and tally by hand never gets read in time to matter.

What it does

Ask NPS, CSAT and more

NPS (0-10), CSAT (1-5), star rating, single and multiple choice, short text, paragraph and email questions, asked one at a time on a hosted page.

Skip a question that does not apply

Add a logic rule such as "if the score is 9 or higher, skip ahead" to route a promoter and a detractor down different paths. A required question is only enforced on the path someone actually took.

Watch the score roll up live

Click a survey’s response count to see the NPS score with promoters, passives and detractors, the percentage satisfied for CSAT, averages and answer distributions, as responses arrive.

See every answer, in one table

Every response lands in the same searchable, sortable grid Forms uses, with a column per question, a "Came from" column, saved views and CSV export.

Publish it anywhere

A published survey gets a public link and a copy-paste iframe embed; pair either with a QR code from Marketing > QR Codes to collect responses from print.

Feed the rest of the workspace

A completed response fires a "survey.completed" event for Automations, so you can notify an owner the moment a detractor answers, and can optionally create a CRM lead when the survey collects an email.

What it does not do

The part you would otherwise find out in week three. If one of these is central to how you work, raise it before you buy rather than after.

  • Logic rules only jump forward - there is no branching backward and no loop back to an earlier question.
  • A response becomes a CRM lead only if you turn that setting on and the survey actually collects an email; unlike Forms, a survey does not create a lead by default.
  • Open-text and paragraph answers are listed exactly as typed. There is no automatic sentiment scoring or summarising of what people wrote - reading them is still on you.
  • The public page and the submit path are rate-limited per visitor, per survey and across the whole platform, so an unusually large but legitimate burst of responses can be throttled along with abuse.

Questions, answered

Can I route a promoter and a detractor to different questions?+

Yes. Add a logic rule such as "if the score is 9 or higher, skip ahead" on any question, and choose where respondents go otherwise. Rules only jump forward, never back to an earlier question.

Do survey responses create CRM leads the way form responses do?+

Only if you turn that on and the survey collects an email. A form always creates a lead from its response; a survey does not, by default.

How fast can I see the results?+

Immediately. Click the response count on any survey to see the NPS score, the percentage satisfied for CSAT, averages and answer distributions, updated as responses arrive.

Where can I share a survey?+

A published survey has its own public link and an iframe embed for your site. Pair either with a QR code from Marketing > QR Codes to collect responses from print materials.
