Surveys (NPS & CSAT)
Surveys let you measure how people feel. NPS ("how likely are you to recommend us?"), CSAT satisfaction scores, star ratings and open feedback, on a hosted page you can share anywhere. Questions are asked one at a time, and logic rules can route respondents down different paths based on their answers. Find it under Marketing > Surveys.
- Survey question types: NPS (0-10), CSAT (1-5), star rating, single choice, multiple choice, short text, paragraph and email. NPS and CSAT answers are rolled up into scores automatically.
- Logic jumps: per question, add rules like "if the answer is ≥ 9, go to…" to skip questions or end the survey early. Rules only jump forward, and required questions are enforced only on the path the respondent actually took.
- Live results: click a survey’s response count to see the rollup: the NPS score with promoters/passives/detractors, the % satisfied for CSAT, averages, answer distributions and recent text answers.
- Every response, in a table: from the results panel choose All responses for the same grid forms use: a column per question plus a “Came from” column, search, show/hide and reorder columns, a saved view, sort, and CSV export. Click any row for the whole response, including any tracking details the page sent.
- Distribute anywhere: every published survey has a public link and an iframe embed; pair it with a QR code (Marketing > QR Codes) to collect responses from print.
- Feeds your workflows: each completed response raises a "survey.completed" event for Automations (e.g. notify the owner when a detractor responds), and can optionally create a CRM lead when the survey collects an email.
- Platform Pulse (operators): platform owners can broadcast a published survey as a banner to every tenant’s admins in one click from the Distribute panel; responses collect in the operator’s own workspace and the banner is dismissible per person.

Create the survey
Marketing > Surveys > New survey. The starter template is a complete NPS flow, a score question that routes promoters and detractors to different follow-ups. Adjust the questions, or add your own.
- 2
Add logic (optional)
Open "Logic" on a question to add jump rules ("if answer ≥ 9 go to …") and choose where to go otherwise. Preview the flow by publishing and opening the public link.
- 3
Publish & share
Set the status to Published and Save, then copy the public link or embed code from the Distribute panel.
- 4
Read the results
Click the response count on the list to open the rollup: scores, distributions and recent answers. Wire an automation on "Survey completed" to act on responses as they arrive.
Security: surveys run on the same hardened engine as Forms: the public page only ever sees published questions, responses are written through a rate-limited server function, and only your staff can read results. Surveys do not create CRM leads unless you switch that on. Surveys is plan-gated.
