A slot on your calendar, picked without a single back-and-forth email

Publish your availability once and visitors pick an open slot in their own timezone, no account and no phone tag. Every booking becomes a CRM lead automatically, so a scheduled call is never disconnected from the record it belongs to.

Included on every plan, free included

Why this exists

  • Booking a call means five emails just to find a time that works for both of you.
  • A slot gets promised to two people at once, and somebody has to be told no after the fact.
  • An appointment happens and nothing about it reaches the customer record at all.

What it does

Set your availability once

Pick the meeting length, a buffer between calls, your timezone, who the meeting is with, and the days and hours you are actually free.

Publish a branded public link

Toggle Published and share the /book/<slug> link anywhere: email, your site, your signature. The page carries your workspace logo, name and colour and works for visitors who are not signed in.

Never double-book a slot

The public booking endpoint validates availability on the server, and an exclusion constraint enforces it atomically, so two people cannot land the same slot even if they click at the same moment.

Show every visitor their own timezone

Times are shown in the timezone a visitor’s browser detects, switchable, and confirmation offers a one-click Add to Google Calendar or an .ics file for Apple and Outlook.

Turn every booking into a lead you can work

Each appointment is captured as a CRM lead automatically and can fire an automation. Track what happens next from Upcoming: mark a booking Completed, No-show or Cancelled as it plays out.

What it does not do

The part you would otherwise find out in week three. If one of these is central to how you work, raise it before you buy rather than after.

  • One page means one assignee and one set of hours - there is no round-robin or group scheduling across a team on a single link.
  • A booking page cannot take payment for the slot itself; charging for the appointment means sending a separate invoice through Invoicing.
  • No video meeting link is created automatically. If the call needs one, connecting it is a separate step in Video meetings.
  • A visitor cannot reschedule or cancel their own booking after confirming it - that happens from the Upcoming list, by staff.

Questions, answered

Does a visitor need an account to book a time?+

No. The public /book/<slug> link works for anyone, signed in or not, and shows every open slot in the timezone their browser reports.

Can two people book the same slot by accident?+

No. Availability is checked on the server and an exclusion constraint enforces it atomically, so a slot that is taken cannot be taken twice, even if two people click at the same moment.

What happens right after someone books?+

A CRM lead is created automatically, the appointment appears under Upcoming, and the visitor gets a confirmation with a one-click add to Google Calendar or an .ics file for Apple and Outlook.

Can one booking page cover several teammates?+

Not today. Each page has exactly one assignee and one set of hours, so covering several teammates means one booking page per person rather than a single link that round-robins between them.
