Keep as many calendars as you like, each in its own colour, and see the bookings, meetings, task due dates and leave from the rest of WorkBOS beside them. Busy time blocks your booking pages, so nobody books you twice.

Why this exists
What it does
Work, Personal, Sales calls: each calendar has its own colour and switches on or off in the side list. The first one, My calendar, is made for you the first time you open the page.
Your own events, the bookings people make on your booking pages, the meetings you host, task due dates and leave, in a month, week or date-range view. Click any item to open it.
Busy events block your booking pages and free ones do not. All-day events start as free, the way Google Calendar treats them.
Each calendar is Only me, Colleagues see when I am busy (times, never titles), or Colleagues see event details. Shared calendars appear under Other calendars, switched off until you turn them on.
Before a booking page offers a time it checks every one of your calendars, the meetings you host and your other booking pages. The public page is told only that you are busy, never why.
The honest part
The part you would otherwise find out in week three. If one of these is central to how you work, raise it before you buy rather than after.
Questions
Only if you choose. Each calendar is private, busy-only (times without titles) or fully shared, and you set it calendar by calendar.
Not yet. Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook is not built, and the documentation says so rather than implying it.
No. It checks every calendar of yours, the meetings you host and your other booking pages first, and only offers time that is genuinely free.
