Booking & appointments
Booking lets clients self-schedule. Create a booking page with your availability, share its public link, and visitors pick an open slot - every booking is captured as a CRM lead and can fire automations.
- 1
1. Create a booking page
Open People > Booking > New booking page. Set the meeting length, a buffer, your timezone, who the meeting is with, and the days + hours you are available.
- 2
2. Publish & share
Toggle Published, then copy the public /book/<slug> link from the list and put it anywhere - email, site, signature. The page carries your workspace branding (logo, name and primary color from Settings > Branding) and works for logged-out visitors.

3. Manage bookings
New appointments appear under Upcoming on the Booking page; mark them Completed, No-show or Cancelled. Each booking also creates a lead in CRM. Visitors see all times in their own detected timezone (switchable) and get one-click Add to Google Calendar or an .ics download (Apple/Outlook) on confirmation.
The public booking endpoint is rate-limited and validates availability server-side, and a slot can never be double-booked (an exclusion constraint enforces it atomically). Email confirmations and ahead-of-time reminders arrive with the comms layer.
