Calendars
Work > Calendar shows everything with a time on it: your own calendars, the bookings people make on your booking pages, the meetings you host, task due dates and leave. Like Google Calendar, you can keep several calendars (for example Work, Personal and Sales calls), each in its own colour, and switch each one on or off in the side list.

1. Your first calendar
The first time you open Calendar, WorkBOS makes one called My calendar. Use + New calendar for more, and the menu beside each one to rename it, change its colour, change who can see it, or delete it.

2. Add an event
Press New event, or click an empty day. Give it a title, pick the calendar, set the time (or All day), and choose Show as Busy or Free. Busy events block your booking pages; Free ones do not. All-day events start as Free, as they do in Google Calendar.

3. Choose who sees it
Each calendar has its own sharing: Only me; Colleagues see when I am busy (they see busy times, never titles); or Colleagues see event details. Colleagues' shared calendars appear under Other calendars, switched off until you turn them on.
Your booking pages check every one of your calendars, the meetings you host and your other booking pages before offering a time, so nobody can book you when you are already busy. The public page is told the busy times only, never what the event is.
Not yet: two-way sync with Google Calendar or Outlook, subscribing to an outside calendar, and reschedule or cancel links for the person who booked. These are coming next.
