Keep one list of everyone you can email and whether they agreed, build segments that update themselves, and design, test and send campaigns from your own domain. Every email carries one-click unsubscribe, and every result sits beside the leads it produced.
Coming soon: switching on for workspaces gradually
Every contact carries a permission status, and subscribing someone records why: they agreed (with a note of how and when), or they are existing customers you may email where the law allows it. Every change is kept in a permission history, and only subscribed people are ever sent a campaign.
Describe who belongs by tags, country, engagement, what they opened or clicked, CRM lead score or whether they are a customer, and watch the count change as you edit the rules.
Headings, text, buttons, images, columns, social links and a footer, styled with your brand and previewed on a phone and in dark mode. Start from a template, a blank page, an earlier email, or a short brief that AI turns into a first draft.
A review list catches a missing postal address or unsubscribe link, images without descriptions, broken links and emails long enough for Gmail to cut short, with a link to each fix. Send yourself a test, then send now or schedule it.
Send two subjects to a test group, let the better one win by opens or clicks after the hours you choose, and the winner goes to everyone else automatically.
Opens from automatic mail apps and security scanners are counted apart and shown, clicks are reported per link, and new leads that came from the email are counted from its tracking tag.
The part you would otherwise find out in week three. If one of these is central to how you work, raise it before you buy rather than after.
So campaigns come from your own domain and your sending reputation belongs to you alone. On a shared sender, one careless business can put everyone in spam. Resend takes a few minutes to set up, and any service that offers SMTP works too.
Yes. Create topics such as Newsletter, Offers and Events; the unsubscribe link opens a page with your logo where people can leave one topic instead of everything. The one-click unsubscribe Gmail and Yahoo require is built into every email.
Yes. Export a CSV from the old tool and import it on the Contacts page. You map the columns, and you say how the people on the list agreed to hear from you; that question cannot be skipped.
They are linked, not the same. Add from CRM brings everyone with an email address in as Not subscribed, linked to their record, because a customer is not automatically somebody who agreed to marketing email.
