By team · Leadership

One screen where the pipeline, the cash and the people are the same numbers.

The board pack is usually four exports and a spreadsheet, and by the time it is assembled it is a week old. When sales, delivery, people and the ledger are one workspace, the summary is a view rather than a project.

What usually goes wrong

01

Every number in the board pack comes from a different system and a different definition.

02

You find out a project is late or a client is unpaid a week after somebody else did.

03

Nobody can say what the AI in the business has actually been allowed to do.

What you get, by name

Every capability below is enforced on the server, not a demo screenshot. Anything that needs a paid plan says so on the card rather than leaving you to find out at checkout.

Dashboards you can rebuild
Drag, resize, add and remove tiles, switch chart variants, save your own layout or set the workspace default.
Finance Home
Cash with a ninety day trend, receivables and payables with aging, net income for the month straight from the ledger, and the worklists that need action today.
The Entities boardPro and up
Every company’s revenue, expenses and net consolidated, with drill-down into one.
An approval queue for the AI
Every agent proposal in the business, waiting for a person, with one-click rollback behind it. The readable append-only audit trail underneath is an Enterprise capability.
An audit trail over the moneyEnterprise
Append-only, covering the money and people tables including invoices, payments, bills, journal entries, payroll and role changes, and it never says "someone".
Reports and scheduled deliveryPro and up
The views you actually run, arriving when you need them.

Your first week

  1. 1

Build the one dashboard you would actually open every morning.

  2. 2

Open Finance Home and work the four action lists once, to see where the real gaps are.

  3. 3

Review the agent approval queue and decide what the AI is allowed to propose.

What you are probably weighing this against

Each comparison opens by saying where the other product is the better choice, because that is the half of a comparison worth reading.

Questions leadership teams ask

Where do the numbers come from?

The same records the work runs on. Cash and receivables are computed from the general ledger, pipeline from the CRM, projects and people from their own modules. There is no nightly sync between products to disagree with itself.

Can I trust the AI near the money?

It proposes and a person approves. It executes through the same permission-checked paths a human would, so being sent to a job grants it nothing new, every action is recorded, and a workspace AI budget caps what it can spend. The full append-only audit log you can read back is an Enterprise capability.

What about compliance certifications?

We hold none today. No SOC 2 report and no ISO 27001 certificate, and we say so on the security page rather than implying otherwise. What we do have is database-enforced tenant isolation, a documented erasure plan, and an append-only audit trail over the money tables on the Enterprise plan.
