Link previews: paste a link, see it

Paste a link to Figma, Miro, Loom, YouTube, Vimeo, Google Docs, Sheets or Slides, or a Canva design, and WorkBOS shows a small preview card under the text. There is nothing to set up and no account to connect.

• Where it works: task descriptions and task comments, team chat and direct messages, and CRM notes and activity.
• On the card: the app’s name, Show preview / Hide preview, and Open, which opens the original link in a new tab. The preview loads when you click Show preview or when the card scrolls into view.
• Up to three cards show per message or note. Any further links stay as plain text.
