Your devices and sign-ins

Settings ▸ Security ▸ Your devices lists everywhere you are signed in to WorkBOS: the device (for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone), the town and country it was last used from, when it signed in and when it was last used. The device you are on is marked This device.

• Do not recognise one? Press Sign out next to it, then change your password. Sign out all other devices closes every sign-in except the one in your hand. Sign out in your menu signs out only the device you are using.
• A device you sign out has to sign in again. If it is open right now, it is signed out the next time it opens or switches to WorkBOS, and within the hour at most.
• Sign-ins nobody has used for 90 days close by themselves.
• New country: the first time in 90 days WorkBOS sees your account used from a country (when you sign in, or while you use WorkBOS), it emails you and tells you in the app, once per country per day. If it was you (a trip, a VPN), there is nothing to do. If not, sign that device out and change your password.
• A workspace admin can sign you out of every device, for example when a laptop is lost, and it disconnects any AI assistant you connected to their workspace. You get an email when that happens (once a day at most) and simply sign in again.
• AI assistants you connected keep working when you sign out other devices; disconnect them where you connected them.
