Reselling and white-label

Reselling & snapshots

If your workspace is enabled as a reseller, you can create and manage your own client workspaces (sub-tenants) under your brand: each with its own login, data and team. Reselling turns your workspace into a mini-platform. Open Reseller in the sidebar (it appears only when reselling is enabled on your plan).

  1. 1

    1. Get reselling enabled

Reselling is part of the white-label plan. The platform team switches it on for your workspace; once on, a Reseller item appears in your sidebar.

  2. 2

    2. Build a master workspace

Set up one workspace the way you want every client to start: managed lists, custom task statuses, tags, theme/branding, custom fields, role templates, document templates and your custom AI agent team. This becomes the blueprint for your snapshots: agents clone in approve-first, so nothing auto-runs until each new workspace graduates them.

  3. 3

    3. Save a snapshot

On the Reseller page, type a name (e.g. “Agency starter”) and click Save snapshot. It captures your workspace configuration as a reusable blueprint.

  4. 4

    4. Invite a sub-tenant

Click Invite sub-tenant, enter the client workspace name, the owner’s email and a plan, and pick a snapshot under “Start from snapshot”. Share the generated invite link. When the owner accepts, their workspace is created and the snapshot is applied automatically. They start fully configured, not empty.

  5. 5

    5. Manage and view

The Reseller page lists your sub-tenants with member and seat counts, plus a wholesale billing summary of what the platform bills you. Use “View as” to open a sub-tenant’s workspace in a private window. You bill your own clients directly.

Snapshots capture configuration, not data: a new client starts with your setup but a clean slate. Keep several snapshots (e.g. one per client type) and choose the right one per invite.

Automations come across as inactive drafts: any reference to a specific person (such as an assignee) is cleared so nothing can misfire in the new workspace. Review each one and switch it on when ready.

A reseller can only see and manage its own sub-tenants, and sub-tenants can never be put on the white-label or reseller plan. These limits are enforced on the server.

White-label links: once your custom domain is connected and verified (Reseller ▸ domain), every PUBLIC link the workspace generates (form pages, QR short links, hosted invoices, booking pages, survey pages and meeting guest links) is built on YOUR domain instead of the platform domain, so nothing you send a customer reveals the underlying platform. Until a domain is verified, links fall back to the current address automatically.

    Curate a client’s features

Open Reseller ▸ Clients, pick a client, turn on Edit mode, and use the Features panel to switch individual features on or off for that client, independent of their plan.

Feature control: you decide which features each sub-tenant gets. You can only ENABLE features your own plan includes (you can’t resell what you don’t own), and you can always turn a feature OFF. Every change goes through a server-side check that confirms you administer that client and own the feature, the UI never grants access on its own.

The Reseller menu in the sidebar opens directly to each area (Console, Clients, Sub-tenant pricing, Payments & Signup, Snapshots and Co-owners) so you go straight to what you need. Old /reseller?tab= links still work (they redirect to the matching page).
