| Icons & Emoji | The shared library of icons and avatars that the rest of the product draws from. |

| Cost & limits | Spending caps and usage limits for the features that cost money to run. |
| Developer | Webhooks and the developer surface. |
| API keys | Keys for reaching your workspace from outside it. |
| File security | Files the virus scanner has quarantined. |
| Import & export | Bring data in from a spreadsheet, or take it out. |
| Automations | Rules that act on your data without anybody pressing anything. |
| Templates | Document templates the rest of the product fills in. |
| Secrets & Keys | The credential vault, for keys WorkBOS holds on your behalf. |
| Email addresses | Which address sends what, and proving you own it. |
| Integrations | Catalogue of everything WorkBOS connects to, sorted by how it connects; each first-party entry names the code that implements it. Nav-gated: integrations. The one write on the page (adding an event webhook) needs the separate api capability. |
| Activity log | Every change in the workspace, with the exact fields that moved. Immutable, owner/admin only, and it names the person, integration or system behind each event. Feature-gated: audit. See the Activity log section. |
| Settings | White-label branding: upload logo, set primary color → CSS theme tokens update live across the entire app with no rebuild. |
