Risk analysis
A risk is something that has not happened yet and would hurt if it did. Each one carries an impact and a probability, and the two multiply into a score that sorts the list, so the register puts the thing most worth your attention at the top instead of the thing entered most recently.
- Risks belong to a project, so a project page shows its own register and the workspace view shows all of them together.
- The matrix plots impact against probability. A cell tells you how many risks sit at that combination; clicking it filters the list to exactly those.
- Give every risk an owner and a mitigation. A register nobody owns is a list, not a control.
