WorkBOS for Nonprofits
Verified nonprofits and charities can run WorkBOS on the Pro plan free of charge, renewed each year. You apply from inside your own workspace, a person reviews it, and once approved your plan switches to Pro automatically.

Create your workspace
Sign up for WorkBOS. No card is needed to start setting things up.

Apply
Open the nonprofit application from your workspace, enter your registration or charity number (your EIN in the US, or your national registration elsewhere), add a link that proves your status, and confirm you meet the eligibility requirements.

Get approved
A person reviews every application, usually within a few days. Once approved, your workspace is on Pro for free, and we send a reminder to re-verify each year so it keeps going.
Who qualifies: a registered nonprofit or charity (a US 501(c)(3) or the equivalent in your country), applying for its own use. Government bodies, political groups, individuals and schools are not eligible; schools can ask us about education pricing instead.
