Industry templates: a ready-made setup for your kind of business

Administration > Business Architect opens with a row of industry templates: a marketing agency, a consulting firm, a real estate brokerage, a law firm, an accounting firm, a construction contractor, a home services business, a clinic or med-spa, an e-commerce or wholesale operation, a recruiting agency, an education or training provider, and a nonprofit organization. Each one is a complete starting setup for that kind of business, written by people who run them. Pick one and the page shows you exactly what it will add: the modules it turns on, the stages your leads and deals move through, the extra fields on leads, clients and projects, the roles for your team, the emails and text messages you send most, the proposals and agreements you sign, the automations that keep the day moving, the enquiry forms for your website, and the numbers on your dashboard.

Nothing happens when you press Apply template. It files one step into Agent approvals, and an owner or admin approves it there. The step then runs as the person who approved it, through the same permissions as if they had clicked every button by hand, and the approval shows what was added, count by count. A template only adds what is missing: a stage, field, role, template, automation or form that already exists by that name is left alone, so it is safe on a workspace you have already started and safe to apply twice. Tick "load sample data" if you would like example leads, clients, projects and invoices to see it all working; that sample data is cleared under Settings.
