Sending & triaging feedback
Every workspace has a built-in feedback channel so you can tell us what to improve, and so workspace admins can collect feedback from their own team.
- 1
Send feedback
Click the round message button at the bottom-left of any page. Pick a type (Idea, Bug, Praise or Other), add a short summary and optional detail, then Send. It is private: it goes to your workspace admins and the product team, never to other tenants.
- 2
Review feedback (admins)
Open Feedback from the Administration menu. Workspace owners and admins see what their own team submitted; the platform team sees everything. Set each item’s status (New, Triaged, Planned, In progress, Done or Declined) to track it.

Rate WorkBOS when we ask
Once in a while a small card appears in the bottom-right corner asking how WorkBOS is working for you: pick one to five stars and, if you like, tell us what would make it better. It waits until you have been on a screen for a while so it never lands in the middle of what you are doing, it is never a pop-up you have to dismiss before you can carry on, and pressing Escape closes it. Answer it and we will not ask again for a year. Choose “Not now” and we leave you alone for four months. Ignore it three times and we stop asking for good. You can also switch it off entirely: open your own user page, then Notifications.
Your rating goes to the WorkBOS product team, not to your workspace admins, and it is stored with the version of WorkBOS you were using at the time, so we can tell whether a particular update made things better or worse. A low rating reaches us straight away rather than at the end of the month, because that is usually the point at which a conversation helps.
Submissions are rate-limited and length-capped, and isolated per workspace by row-level security. One tenant can never see another’s feedback.
