Run the work
Dashboard
The Dashboard is your daily starting point, a "morning briefing" that reads like your Chief wrote it, on top of a fully customisable tile grid organised into clear sections: Today (briefing, what needs you, quick actions), Work, Sales & Marketing, Finance, People, Agents & AI, and System. Each section packs its tiles tightly (no gaps), sections you have no access to simply don’t appear, and every tile can still be moved, resized, added or removed within its section.
- Morning briefing: a one-line summary of everything waiting on you (agent approvals, overdue invoices, leave requests, overdue tasks) plus what your agents completed today, with one-click paths to review approvals or ask the Chief.
- KPI tiles: revenue this month (with % vs last month), cash/net with an estimated runway, pipeline value, delivery health, open projects/tasks/deals, assistant quality, new leads, form submissions, social, inbox and agent approvals, each shown only if you have that module and the right role.
- Needs attention: one action list of everything waiting on you or your admins right now: overdue tasks, agent actions to review, leave and expense claims to approve, overdue invoices, and open inbox conversations. Each row shows a count and links straight to the exact place to act; when there is nothing outstanding it reads “You’re all caught up”. If the tile is too short to show every row, a “+N more” control at the bottom says exactly how many are below the fold and scrolls them into view, so the card can never quietly show you four things while its own heading says sixteen.
- AI agent ROI: a 30-day summary of the value your AI agents created: estimated hours saved, dollar value, net of metered spend, actions completed, auto-run share, reliability and an ROI multiple. Opens the full Agent Activity view.
- Storage: how much of your plan’s storage quota is used (drive files + screen recordings) with a usage bar that turns amber then red as you approach the limit, plus file and recording counts. Opens Drives.
- Team workload, live activity and quick actions. See open tasks per teammate, a live feed of what is happening in the workspace, and one-tap buttons to create a task, deal, lead or invoice or ask the Chief.
- Fully customisable: click Customize to drag, resize, add or remove any tile and switch chart variants; save your own layout or, as an admin, set the workspace default (resellers can ship a default per workspace). Reset returns to the latest default at any time. On a phone, Customize shows up/down arrows, a visual picker and Remove on every tile; the order you set there is the same order on your desktop.
- Insights: a card that reads the numbers already on your dashboard and says, in up to three sentences, what stands out - income running ahead of or behind last month at the same point, how many months of cash your average spending leaves, a pile-up of overdue tasks, a week with no new leads, where most of your open pipeline sits, or agent suggestions piling up. Each comes with Ask Chief, which opens Chief with the question already written (you press send). When nothing stands out it says so.
- Date format: in Settings, Your account, choose how dates written in numbers look for you - day first (31/12), month first (12/31) or year first (the year, then month, then day) - or leave it on Automatic to follow your device. It is saved on your account, so it follows you to every device. Dates written with a month name are not changed.
- Act from the dashboard: when a leave request or an expense claim is waiting on you, the Needs attention card lists it by name with Approve and Decline right on the row (the same rules as the Leave and Expense claims pages: you can never approve your own, and the person is told the moment you decide). If you may approve agent work, the newest suggestions from your agents are listed there too: a small change that can be undone has Approve and Decline (it is checked first, and if it would not run you are told and nothing is decided); anything bigger has Review, which opens it on the Approvals page. Owners and admins also see the oldest overdue invoices by client and amount, each with Remind, which sends the client the invoice email again. An Income target card lets an owner or admin set a monthly income target once; it then shows this month’s income against it with a marker for how much of the month has gone, and says on track or behind.
- Ready-made layouts: under Customize, Layouts offers eight arrangements - Owner’s overview, Sales-led, Client delivery, Money first, People and HR, Front desk, My day and Just the essentials - with the one that fits your industry marked Recommended. Pick one, move things around if you like, then Done saves it as yours (an owner or admin can Save as workspace default instead). Only cards you may see are kept, and Reset brings the default back.
- Ask Chief for a card: say “put calls today on my dashboard” or “set my home up for sales” and Chief adds the card or applies the layout, then opens the dashboard and says what changed. Cards you are not allowed to see are left out and you are told.
- A card for every module: Today (your meetings, bookings and tasks due today), Calls today and Voicemail (Phone), Email campaigns and Sequences (Marketing), Open jobs (Hiring), Owed to you, Bills due and Cash in bank (Finance Home; owners and admins only) and Support. Each card shows its number only if you have that module, and a module you have not started yet shows one next step instead of a zero (“Get a phone number”, “Send your first invoice”). All of them arrive in the same single request the dashboard already makes, so the page is no slower. Existing saved layouts are left exactly as they are: find the new cards under Customize ▸ Add tile.
- Your money, your currency: every amount on the dashboard is shown in the workspace currency set under Ledger ▸ Settings (US dollars until you set one), formatted the way your own device formats numbers. Income and Expenses tiles are this month against last month and open Finance Home; Cash (net) is the all-time position.
- Unlock more: features not on your current plan appear at the bottom as locked cards (CRM, Accounting, AI Agents, Social, Screen Recording and more) so you can see what is available and upgrade in one click. What the button says and where it points is controlled by your provider’s upgrade prompts.
