ModuleWhat it does
OnboardingTemplates: day-offset tasks + required docs + linked Training Docs. Apply a template to a hire to generate their checklist automatically. "Onboard a hire" also lists accepted offers that have not been onboarded yet: choosing one creates the employee and their checklist in one step.
EmployeesStaff profiles with avatars, lifecycle stage, a 30-day KPI tab (tasks/hours/attendance/leave), compensation history (monthly or hourly), custom fields, and org role link. Adding a person and inviting them to sign in is one form; the directory marks anyone who has a profile but no login yet and can invite them (one at a time or all at once), and shows job titles. Everyone can open their own record from Settings > Account > "Your HR record".
Training & JDsTraining library (file/link uploads, category, department). Job Descriptions (summary, responsibilities, requirements). Both linkable from Onboarding templates.
PayrollPay runs → "Load active employees" auto-builds payslips for every active employee (hours from time tracking, days from attendance, gross by pay type). Tagged bonuses + custom disbursements per slip. Processed/Paid posts net Salary to the Accounting ledger automatically.
AttendanceClock in/out per employee, with optional biometric verification (see the Attendance section). Auto-checkout at 00:05 UTC catches forgotten clock-outs.
LeaveAnnual / sick / casual balances. Requests → delegated-approver flow → server-enforced decrement on approval. The approver sees the requester’s reason and who else is away on those days before deciding, can add a note that reaches the requester, and can reverse an approval (with a note) until the leave starts; the request form shows the balance before and after. Once a leave has started it stays on the books: only an owner or admin can correct it.

Onboarding templates link Training Docs by ID. When you update a training doc, all future hire checklists that reference it pick up the new version automatically.
