Administration
Appearance: theme and brand
Everything about how WorkBOS looks is on one page: Administration ▸ Appearance. It used to be split across a Themes entry, a Brand entry and a pair of tabs inside Settings, which meant the same control could be reached two ways. If you have an old link to Settings ▸ Brand or Settings ▸ Themes it still works and brings you here.
| Tab | What it sets | Who can change it |
|---|---|---|
| Theme | The layout, palette and density everyone in the workspace sees. | Owner and admin. |
| Theme | Your own theme, when the workspace has switched personal themes on. | Anyone in the workspace. |
| Brand | Logo, brand name, primary and accent colour, and invoice and receipt defaults. | Owner and admin. Brand name needs a plan that includes white-label. |
Light and dark is not on this page on purpose. It is a personal choice on every device, from the toggle in the top bar, because it is about the room you are sitting in rather than about the company.
The workspace NAME is not here either. It is an identity field and lives in Settings ▸ Workspace, alongside the rest of your business profile.
