Reports

Reports turn your live workspace data into branded, shareable packs you can print or save as PDF. Open Reports from the sidebar, click New report, pick a type and its subject, and it is assembled from the current data: always within your permissions (RLS enforces every read). Packs available today: Project Status, Pipeline Review, Finance Summary, Agent ROI and (for admins) an Agent Compliance Pack.

  • Project Status Pack (pick a project and get a one-page status report: current status, priority, progress, timeline, total and overdue tasks, and a breakdown of tasks by status) all pulled live via a permission-checked query.
  • Agent Compliance Pack (admin): a governance record of every AI-agent action. It lists a summary (proposed / approved / executed / rolled-back, auto vs human-approved), four governance attestations, a full audit ledger (agent, tool, risk, status, who approved and executed it, with timestamps) and an integrity fingerprint. Gated to users who can manage or approve agents; print, save to Drive, schedule, or share to the client portal like any pack.
  • Branded + printable: each report renders in your workspace brand colour with your name in the header; use Print / Save PDF to export a clean copy for a client or stakeholder.
  • Custom title & period: when creating a report you can override the auto-generated title, and for the Agent Compliance Pack choose the time window it covers (last 30, 60, 90, 180 days or 12 months).
  • Permissions: anyone on the team can open Reports; who can create, edit or delete reports is controlled per role under Settings ▸ Roles (the /reports page CRUD matrix). Every report is fenced to your workspace. You only ever see your own organisation’s data.
  • Pipeline Review: a snapshot of your sales pipeline: total deals, open pipeline value, won value, a breakdown by stage and your top deals.
  • Finance Summary: invoicing at a glance: total raised, paid, outstanding and overdue (count + amount), with a breakdown by invoice status.
  • Agent ROI: what your AI staff are doing for you: agents enabled, actions proposed / approved / executed / rolled back, and executed work broken down by domain.
  • Client QBR (a per-client quarterly review: relationship status and tenure (how long they have been a client), contact details, and their invoicing at a glance) raised, paid, outstanding and overdue. Invoices are matched to the client by name.
  • Save to Drive: save any report as a file in your Drive with one click; from there you can share it with a link (internal or public) using Drive’s built-in sharing, or keep a dated record of it.
  • Ask your Chief, just say "generate a pipeline review", "create a finance summary" or "build a project status report for the Onboarding project" and Chief creates the report (within your permissions) and gives you a link to open it.
  • Schedule reports: from any report, click Schedule to have a fresh copy generated automatically every day, week or month. You can optionally have it emailed to people (this uses your workspace email quota and is opt-in with a clear cost note). Manage or pause schedules from the Reports page.
  • Share to a client portal: reports are hidden from portal/guest users by default. Click Share to portal on a report to make just that one visible in the branded Client Portal (its Reports tab), so clients see the QBRs and status reports you choose, and nothing else.

Reports always reflect the current data at the moment they are generated, scheduled reports capture a fresh snapshot each run, so you get a dated history over time.
