Domains
Domains is where you keep track of every web address you own: what it costs, when it renews, who is responsible for it, and what it is worth, so nothing lapses by accident and you always know the value of what you hold.

Dashboard
A single-glance view: how many domains you own, their combined estimated value, what you are spending per month and per year, what is due to renew soon, and anything that needs your attention, like a domain that already expired without auto-renew on, which means it is genuinely at risk of being lost, not just a routine charge.

Portfolio
The full searchable list. Each row shows the domain, who owns it internally, which client it is for (or "Our own"), its age, when it expires, its estimated value, where it is hosted, and its status. Click a row to open its full detail.

Detail
Everything about one domain: registrar, cost, renewal date, hosting, DNS, nameservers, tags, and a complete history. Every renewal, cost change, status change and ownership change is logged automatically, and you can add notes for anything that happened before it was added to WorkBOS.
Type a domain name into the Add form and WorkBOS reads the public ownership record for it straight away, filling in the registrar, when it was registered, when it expires and its nameservers. You can correct anything it finds, and Look up re-reads on demand. A few endings (.io, .pk and .ae among them) do not publish a machine-readable record, so those stay yours to fill in. An AI-estimated value is still to come.
