Your notification inbox

The bell in the top bar shows your most recent alerts; the Notifications page (sidebar ▸ Notifications) is your full history. Every notification spells out who did what to which record (and in which project) and clicking it opens that exact record.

• Filter by All or Unread, narrow to a single type, and load more to page back through history.
• Choose how notifications reach your inbox in Users ▸ your name ▸ Notifications ▸ Email delivery: Every notification, a single Daily digest at a time you pick, or None (in-app only).
• Unread items show a red dot (not only here, but on the sidebar module and on the exact row in any list or board) so you can see where new activity landed at a glance. Opening or marking an item read clears its dot everywhere.
• Mark all read clears your unread count. Which notifications you receive is tuned per person (Users ▸ your name ▸ Notifications) and, for required org-wide alerts, by admins in Settings ▸ Notifications.
