Shortcuts button (quick actions)

A floating round button sits in the bottom-right corner on every page. Your quick-actions launcher. Click it to fan out your quick actions, drag it anywhere to reposition it, or dismiss it with the small × (bring it back any time from Settings ▸ Shortcuts ▸ "Show the button").

  1. 1

    Quick notes

Open the sticky-notes panel to jot a note against the page you are on. Full management lives at Notes.

  2. 2

    Check in / out

Start or end your working day in one click. The same record you see under Attendance. With your permission your check-in also captures your location (best-effort: check-in still works if you decline), and your reporting manager is notified. A live timer in the footer shows how long you have been on the clock.

  3. 3

    Team chat

Open the slide-in team chat panel from anywhere.

  4. 4

    New task / Calendar

Jump straight to Tasks or your Calendar.

  5. 5

    Ask AI

Open the in-app AI help assistant to ask how to do something. It answers from this guide and links the relevant section. Ask is built into the floating launcher (bottom-right, the highlighted action), so it is always one tap away.

Choose which actions appear - and add your own custom shortcuts (a label, a Tabler icon and a link to any internal page or external URL) - in Settings ▸ Shortcuts (owners/admins). Your selection applies to everyone in the workspace; each person can still drag the button or hide it just for themselves.

The button is workspace-wide UI, not tied to a plan. To remove a whole area, turn its module off in Settings ▸ Modules; the shortcuts list only controls the quick launcher.
